At Novaris Peptides, we are committed to delivering the highest quality research products. We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (research peptides and chemical compounds), we have strict return guidelines to ensure product integrity and safety:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned
• Returns must be pre-approved — contact us before sending any items back

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Arrange a free replacement at no additional cost, OR
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting us.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

• Email us at novarispeptides@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Wait for our approval and return instructions (within 1-2 business days)
• Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:

• Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on clearance or final sale
• Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
• Orders cancelled after they have been shipped

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Novaris Peptides is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
