Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of our products (research peptides and chemical compounds), we have strict return guidelines to ensure product integrity and safety:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date<\/li>\n<li>Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging<\/li>\n<li>Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned<\/li>\n<li>Returns must be pre-approved \u2014 contact us before sending any items back<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Damaged or Defective Products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
